Return Merchandise Authorization
Return Merchandise Authorizations (called RMAs) are used as a method of tracking hardware or system level products being returned by a customer to Quantum3D for repair service.
Quantum3D’s Quality Policy reflects our strong commitment to provide high quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed the requirements of our customers.

New Product Warranty
Quantum3D now offers a warranty period of 3 years from the date of shipment for all new IG hardware products, including IDX8000 and IDX80.
