Quantum3D now offers a warranty period of 3 years from the date of shipment for all new IG hardware products, including IDX8000 and IDX80. Products that are past the 3 year warranty period and not under a maintenance contract will fall under the Quantum3D Extended Service Plan (ESP) for repairs and will have a guaranteed additional 7 year repair life equating to a total of 10 years limit from date of shipment.
