CatalystSE™ DBGS is a custom configurable, PC-based, open architecture, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) database generation solution that enables customers to develop, modify, and maintain wide-area, high resolution, geo-specific synthetic environments.
The CatalystSE DBGS is a plug-and-play, powerful, professional workstation-class system that provides optimal visual quality and real-time interactive performance. Database developers can draw on the latest available source data to make the process of database generation more efficient, timely, and cost-effective. The system employs a data integrity mechanism that automatically facilitates a data restoration feature. With the CatalystSE DBGS system, your team will be able to do 3D modeling, terrain development, and other database development projects seamlessly and entirely in house.
Optional Quantum3D and 3rd party COTS hardware and software products provide CatalystSE DBGS customers with the means to meet additional project requirements for synthetic environment databases. The CatalystSE Tool Suite available with Quantum3D MANTIS® Real-time scene management software and Quantum3D Celerity™ DBGS database publishing tools enable the user to produce databases optimized for any Quantum3D MANTIS based Image Generators.
