Milpitas, CA – April 09, 2019 – Quantum3D Government Systems (Q3DGS) announced today the Small Business Joint Venture partnership with TITENN, Inc. This new Joint Venture will be known as Q10.
The US Government Small Business Administration office has approved the partnership between Q3DGS and TITENN, Inc. TITENN, Inc., a small disadvantaged business located in Oveido, Florida, brings new technologies such as allowing the DoD to sustain and increase unit mission readiness levels after unit training, they enhance soldier readiness with artificial intelligence, and they can reduce operational and sustainment training costs. “TITENN Inc. is excited about the opportunity our new Joint Venture partnership with Q3DGS brings as we merge our complementary products and capabilities to offer new affordable, innovative solutions to DoD training”, said Nicholas Tenn, President and CEO of TITENN, Inc.
The Q10 Joint Venture partnership, also known as a Mentor / Protégé Agreement, is approved for 3 years and allows Q3DGS to participate in Small Business funding for US Government programs. The Department of Defense Acquisition Agencies in Orlando alone typically set aside over $500M per year for Small Business contracting opportunities. “Q10 will provide our customers the advantages of the Small Business partner with new forward thinking, lower cost, technical solutions. These technologies together with Quantum3D’s MANTIS® Simulation Software and Image Generators, and Q3DGS’ core competencies in System Integration, Simulator Modernization, and Training System Design provide the user with the total training and simulation system solution”, said Mark Matthews, President, Q3DGS.
