Quantum3D Demonstrates AI-Generated Synthetic Environments to Congressional Leaders on Capitol Hill to Support National Security, Defense Readiness, and Federal Innovation
• Turning Simulation Into National Advantage • Trusted in 20+ Countries for 29 Years • Synthetic Environments • Digital Twins • AI-Enabled Training
Washington, D.C. – July 16, 2026 – Quantum3D, a leading provider of real-time visual simulation and training technologies, will showcase how artificial intelligence (AI) is accelerating the creation of mission-ready synthetic environments at the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) Capitol Hill Modeling, Simulation & Training Expo 2026. The event will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EDT in Rooms 2044–2045 of the Rayburn House Office Building, 45 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, D.C.
For nearly three decades, Quantum3D has helped government, defense, aerospace, and commercial organizations transform complex operational data into immersive simulation environments that improve readiness, training, planning, and decision-making. Today, its
technologies support customers in more than 20 countries across defense, transportation, public safety, and research applications.
At this year’s Capitol Hill Expo, Quantum3D will present a live demonstration of its MANTIS® real-time image generation software, highlighting an AI-enabled workflow that rapidly converts geospatial information into high-fidelity Common Database (CDB)-compatible synthetic environments for modeling, simulation and training.
The demonstration will feature an Urban Air Mobility (UAM)(AIr Taxi, Flying Car) scenario depicting an eVTOL flight corridor between John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Manhattan. The scenario illustrates how AI-generated synthetic environments can support future airspace planning, pilot training, operational analysis, and decision support for emerging
transportation systems.
“Missions evolve faster than ever, and training environments must evolve with them,” said Murat Kose, CEO of Quantum3D. “Our MANTIS® platform combines AI-enabled synthetic environment generation with real-time visualization to help organizations rapidly create mission-ready training scenarios while maintaining interoperability with existing Common Database-based simulation ecosystems. Whether supporting defense readiness, transportation planning, or emergency response, our objective is to turn simulation into national advantage.”
The demonstration highlights Quantum3D's capabilities in:
- AI-assisted generation and modification of Common Database (CDB)-based synthetic
environments - Rapid production of mission-specific terrain and operational scenarios
- Real-time visualization for mission rehearsal and simulation-based training
- Digital twin development for operational planning and infrastructure analysis
- Accelerated updates to support evolving mission requirements
- Integration with existing modeling, simulation, and training architectures
- AI-enabled workflows that reduce development time while improving scalability
As governments modernize defense, transportation, and emergency preparedness capabilities, synthetic environments have become foundational infrastructure for training, operational planning, and informed decision-making. AI-enabled simulation technologies can shorten development cycles, improve interoperability, and deliver more adaptable training environments across a wide range of mission domains.
Visitors to Booth #8 will experience how Quantum3D enables organizations to rapidly create, visualize, and deploy realistic operational environments that strengthen preparedness for today’smissions and tomorrow’s challenges.
