Quantum3D Delivers Comprehensive CDB Visual 3D Database Training Program for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF)
Silicon Valley California — March 17, 2026 — Quantum3D, a leading provider of real-time visual simulation and training solutions, announced the successful delivery of a comprehensive CDB Visual 3D Database Training Program for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The program equips RSAF personnel with expertise to develop new Common Database (CDB) environments from the ground up, as well as independently edit, enhance, and maintain existing visual databases. This capability significantly strengthens in-house simulation technology expertise, reduces long-term operational costs, and supports the Kingdom’s defense localization and workforce development objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.
The training program began with an intensive one-month session in spring 2025 at Quantum3D’s headquarters in Silicon Valley, California, followed by a one-week on-site session in February 2026 at Royal Saudi Air Force facilities in the Saudi Arabia. Across both phases, RSAF personnel worked directly with Quantum3D’s DBGS (Database Generation System) in a real-world development environment that mirrors operational workflows.
