	Wade Guindy, President and CEO Wade Guindy is Quantum3D’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Guindy assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in November, 2012. Mr. Guindy brings over 25 years of impressive and diverse experience, both domestically and internationally, in growing and leading both private and public technology companies. Mr. Guindy has held numerous senior executive management positions at several companies such as Eksigent Technologies, Soilcore Inc, Valance Technology, GTE Government Systems, and Teledyne MEC. Prior to joining Quantum 3D, Mr. Guindy most recently held the position of COO and Executive Vice President of Technology at Revolt Technology, a developer of rechargeable batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage where Guindy managed the company’s global operations and regional development centers. Mr. Guindy will oversee Quantum3D’s continued development of real-time visual simulation and ruggedized embedded systems for a wide range of government and commercial applications.
	John Carswell, Vice President Engineering John Carswell is the Vice President of Engineering. He joined Quantum3D in 2004 through its wholly owned subsidiary CG2 as a project engineer, and assumed the role of Vice President of Engineering in 2012. Mr. Carswell has served in the simulation and training community for over 24 years. Throughout his career, he has held positions as both a technical contributor and project manager with a broad base of simulation and modeling expertise, including synthetic environment modeling, DBGS/GIS systems, IG real-time software, host software, and high speed/off-line database archival and retrieval. In his time with Quantum3D, Mr. Carswell has spearheaded Quantum3D’s innovative work on ExpeditionDI and immersive training and has been a program manager for key customers across all of our product lines. He has a passion and reputation as a staunch customer and end-user advocate and systems integrator. Mr. Carswell holds a BACS degree from Stetson University.
	Michael Pavloff, President, CG² Michael Pavloff is the President of CG² (a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum3D). Mr. Pavloff assumed the role of President of CG² in February 2004. He joined Quantum3D in 2001 as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Pavloff brings over fifteen years of experience in Business Development and strategic partnerships. At Quantum3D and CG2, Mr. Pavloff has led a number of customer initiatives that have led to the Company’s development of ExpeditionDI® and Thermite® Tactical Visual Computer. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Pavloff was Director of Business Development at CacheFlow, Inc., a leading Internet Infrastructure Appliance company. Prior to CacheFlow, Mr. Pavloff managed the Telecom Industry vertical market at SGI, focusing on the Internet and networking equipment sectors. Mr. Pavloff has participated in many high profile transactions, such as the SGI and ATT IDS joint venture, the SGI acquisition of Cray Research, and the Siemens and IBM OEM deals. Mr. Pavloff’s 30+ years of experience also includes 11 years with Silicon Graphics and 15 years with CDC. Mr. Pavloff holds a BSCS degree from Purdue University.
	Pratish Shah, Vice President Sales & Marketing Pratish Shah is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He joined Quantum3D as its Director of Marketing in February 2010 and assumed the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2012. Mr. Shah brings over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Sales covering software, hardware and solutions across b-to-b and b-to-c companies. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Shah provided management and global consulting to companies expanding operations into Brazil, India and other emerging markets.. Previously, Mr. Shah co-founded Locaxion LLC, an award winning iPhone app business for outdoor enthusiasts. Mr. Shah has held executive. sales & marketing positions at 3Dconnexion, RealVision and Evans & Sutherland. Mr. Shah holds a BSCS degree from Renssaelaer Polytechnic Institute and an Executive MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
	Gary Williams, Chief Financial Officer Gary Williams joined Quantum3D as its Chief Financial Officer in October 2012. Mr. Williams also serves as Secretary, Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of Summit Semiconductor LLC, a fabless semiconductor company in the wireless audio market that he joined in August 2010. From September 2002 to July 2010, Mr. Williams served as Secretary, Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of Focus Enhancements Inc. a publically traded company that developed semiconductor chips and systems for the video market. Mr. Williams joined Focus Enhancements Inc. as Secretary, Vice President of Finance and CFO in January 2001, in connection with the acquisition of Videonics, Inc. From February 1995 to December 2000, Mr. Williams worked for Videonics Inc., where he had most recently served as Vice President of Finance, CFO and Secretary. From July 1994 to January 1995, he served as Controller for Western Micro Technology, a publicly traded company in the electronics distribution business. From January 1990 to June 1994, Mr. Williams worked in public accounting for Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Williams is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from San Diego State University.
